SPECTRUM® is a chlorine-free antimicrobial agent approved for use at multiple intervention points, including on-line reprocessing (OLR), finishing chillers, chillers, parts, salvage, and other poultry processing waters. The product is a cost-effective, environmentally-friendly chemistry that breaks down to acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.

SPECTRUM® can be applied to poultry parts, carcasses, and organs. It meets USDA standards, and reduces contamination of pathogenic bacteria Salmonella, Campylobacter and E.coli. When used as directed, the product also reduces bacterial contamination that may cause product spoilage. It provides broad-spectrum efficacy, is non-foaming, does not need to be rinsed, and is non-corrosive to stainless steel at use levels. SPECTRUM® is approved for organic processing and compliant with Russian and Canadian export requirements.

Fresh Fx® AL is a proprietary blend of three food grade acids, with its backbone being lactic acid. It is used as an acidifier or antimicrobial in poultry processing waters on raw carcasses, parts, trim, organs as well as raw and ready-to-eat products.

Fresh Fx® LP is a blend of three food grade acids that is used in meat and poultry facilities for On-Line Reprocessing (OLR), as a processing aid and as an acidifier. It is approved for use by both the FDA and USDA in a wide variety of applications, including process waters, chillers and OLR systems.

Syntrx® 3200 is a citric acid based patent pending antimicrobial processing aid suitable for the treatment of poultry carcasses, parts, trim and organs. It is allowed under both USDA and FDA regulations with no limitations on a wide variety of applications including process water, chiller, post-chill, finishing chillers and On-Line Reprocessing (OLR) systems.
