- Please send the completed form via email to remediation@evonik.com. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the details of your request and to discuss options.
Please note: Lead time, once the request has been approved will be communicated by our sales or technical team. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. A sample fee may be charged. Credit card is accepted.
